Astro New-Years Tree! - #24
The most indestructible duo, Chip and Andy, have come through with an intense hardcore smash of a tree, using the longest toothpicks imaginable. A wonderful concotion that was explained like this:
“There were actually TWO Astro Weenie-Tree’s for our New Wave New Years Party. The delectables offered were Weenies (Nathans, of course), Broccoli, Cauliflower, Baby Carrots, Giant Green Olives, Pickled Baby Corn, Cubed Cheddar Cheese (this was New Years and alcohol absorbing was a key), Pineapples Chunks, and Green Grapes. This combination made everybody happy - meat and vegetable eaters alike. I included bowls of Ranch Dressing and Mustard for dipping.
I was very afraid of my trees being untouched and having hungry guests. But, the power of Charles Phoenix took over and all my guests were happily plucking from the trees. As a side note, we served Bartles & James wine coolers, Zima and a champagne punch. This was a New Wave 80’s part after all!

Truly amazing! It looks like a dangerous trap, a la Indiana Jones, and I really want to eat it! Congratulations on becoming one of the few, the proud, the members of the Astro-Weenie Hall of Fame! You will be amongst friends forever and ever!
