Bob Boyd and Bill Boyd, longtime residents of Southern California (and currently of La Canada), have joined the most ultimate of forces to make family time feel a little bit warmer with this hearty, classic Tree. Marvel at the amazing photo, created at their actual lovely Christmas dinner table. Bob explains:
“Greetings! I gave Southern Californialand (Charles’s book) to my brother Bill a couple years ago. Last month, I introduced him to your web site - just in time to see the Christmas Weenie Tree. He’s the one at the head of the table. He said he couldn’t find a starfruit, so he topped the tree with a Trio of Weenies.
We grew up in Arcadia in the ’50s and ’60s and get great pleasure from your view of local culture(?) and history.
